Default Hello from the PNW

Hello! My name is Erika.

It all started out in Central California when my Miata gave up and stopping giving me A/C. Seeing as how my commute to work was 50 long miles (both ways), I was not having it.

My husband and I went Craigslist hunting for all sorts of dependable daily drivers. Then my husband found our S2000... I guess the guy was selling it because of his wife, or starting a new family or something. Anyway. We ended up buying it so I had a dependable daily with A/C... and my husband had a new weekend car. Haha.

I ended up moving back to Florida while he was deployed and during that time I ended up taking it to autox events with a few buddies. I had a blast.

Now we're here in Washington (Whidbey Island) and I'm looking to get more seat time. I've heard of autox events held in Bremerton and Bellingham but haven't attempted to make the drive to either one as of yet. Also interested in tracking the S2000, but we'll see how my confidence builds with more autox first.

Ok, well, yeah. Now for pictures.

I have been to both Bremerton and Bellingham Auto Crosses. Would defiantly recommend the Bremerton one with PCA (Porsche Club of America). Bellingham ones tend to be cramped and not very well organized. And also, welcome.

Thank you! I've heard more/better stuff about the events in Bremerton so I guess I'll have to check it out.

Welcome, and beautiful car, red always looks good on the S2000! Bremerton has an excellent autocross setup from what I have heard, highly recommended

Feel free to introduce yourself to the Pacific Northwest Owners Section if you haven't already, there are a lot of active members in the area.
