Hey, almost have my s2000
Hey Guys,
I've been looking around this site for quite some time now. I am selling my 2001 BMW m3.
The s2000 that I am looking at is a 2003 with only 12,000 miles on it. It's a beauty, silver with red interior.
Although I have loved it, I am selling my BMW due to poor dealership service and treatment (they treat me like i dont know a thing about cars), very expensive maintence and parts, and high miles.
I've driven a AP1 s2000 before (last summer) but I don't have a lot of experiance in them. I have read tons of reviews and i think i know the good the bad, and the ugly. I've heard mixed reviews about AP1 vs. AP2. I'm going with the AP1 because I love the fact that it rev's to 9, and it's within my price range.
I've bought a few used cars before, so I don't have any questions about picking one up. I've got a carfax, and I'm getting a PPI done by a local dealer.
I don't really have any questions, I'm just excited about the possiblity of future ownership. I've been lucky enough to own an EVO and M3, and I'm most excited about the s2000. I've never had a convertible before and I know that it's going to be awesome this summer.
I am a little worried about the fact that the 2003's don't have traction control, and some people say that it's not very good in the wet. Care and smart driving will be required as always in poor conditions.
Anyways, I just wanted to say hello, and that if I do end up buying this car, I'm sure that I'll be around here a lot more in the near future.
