Hi, just bought a MY00 S2k
Just dropping by to say hi
Bought a MY00 S2k with 74,500 on it this past weekend in response to my Prelude needing more work than I'd be willing to pay (would have totaled >50% of what I bought it for once I fixed everything, including what I'd already had done).

Congrats and welcome. You'll love the S2000. I have a 5th gen prelude as well....It's amazing how Prelude enthusiasts tend to get an S2K as their next or second car. I may be keeping my prelude as a daily driver if I can't sell it for what I know it's worth because of it's immaculate condition and low miles.
my first prelude (4th gen) was in GREAT condition, slightly below average miles as well. I sold that when I moved to England and then bought my next prelude (5th gen) about a year after my return, lucked out with getting a car for free for the year in between (favor to my sister). the 5th gen wasn't well maintained at all engine or exterior-wise, though the interior was in immaculate condition. small consolation.
I'd love to pick up another prelude as a daily driver down the lines, keep the S2000 for nice days - but i'm QUITE happy with the s2000 being my daily driver for now
thanks for the welcome by the way!

Welcome aboard and congrats on your new car. I too am a Prelude owner, however I have a 3rd gen. I have sunk way too much work into it to get rid of it now. My mom has a third gen 'Lude too and was the reason I ended up with mine.Enjoy your S!!
