Been lurking here for a little while and figure its time to jump in w both feet. I'm coming from the Subaru world, my present ride is a 2007 Forester XT sport with a few surprises under the hood. Why am I here ? I like doing track and autocross days, my Forester is set up well to have a blast. I'm a family guy now and don't have as much time to play. I've always been impressed with the S2000 as it has the ability to drive off the showroom floor and onto the track and can do it reliably over and over.

I'm looking to pick up a nice example that will be my track car, shame it doesnt have 2+2 to bring the kids along in the back. This way I'll have something in the garage thats ready to go, no swapping brake pads & R comps and looking forward to that Honda reliability. Local tracks nearby include Calabogie (40 mins away), Shannonville, Tremblant and Mosport. I plan on leaving it mostly stock motor wise, I'll start with R comps and whatever pads are suitable to s2k and perhaps tinker a little as I get more seat time.

Welcome! I'm from Ottawa as well. I tracked my SI a few times at Shannonville and just picked up my S2K at the end of August. Hoping to make it out to Calagbogie this summer.
