Buy an S2k and you will never regret it...
Buy a terminator and you will never regret it... but then its a Ford.. ohh well
LOL seriously though the s2k is really an amazing car in every aspect INCLUDING str8 line... of course it is no Terminator but when you put it in comparison... a little 4 banger N/A that is somewhat heavy, loses MORE loss though drive train B/C it is RWD and STILLLL can run 14 flats with a good driver.. id say that is pretty impressive indeed...
ohh yea and not to mention fuel economy.. hmm i wonder who wins that one

I wish I had a Cobra, but yet I wouldn't trade it for my S! It's a fun car to drive, it really is. It does lack torque and hp compared to the Cobra, but damn, i wish i could explain the feeling of driving top down with a 9k rmp peak. I guess I could compare it to a go-cart with 240hp!

but an s2k and then boost it you'll get the best of both worlds! I'm running 15lbs which is very low for my full race kit. I make 425whp and the car is 2800 thats aprox. 3.4sec 0-60! I haven't autox'd it yet since the turbo was installed but I'm planning to go soon. not that I will be able to use any where near that amount of power but still it should make for some top autox times!

I don't know about you but the previous Mustang bodystyle before the new retro ones just look awful plain and unattractive to me!
However the new ones in the Shelby GT500 bodystyle look pretty rocking!

Glad to see there are young kids with morals still. Good to see you were able to come out and admit to everyone you were a virgin.

I would have disagree. I like the older one better than the new body. Yea the GT500 has a crap load of HP but its as heave as a pig. The 03-04 cobra puts about 380-390whp on a dyno. Ford put 390 engine hp but thats low they dyno that. And with a pulley and exaust ur looking at close to 430Whp from what i have read. To me the 03-04 was the last real beast of a mustang. But i would also not mind owning a type R they are rare and sick i have only seen one in person

hahaha. I'm not that kinda virgin. I'm married.

Anyways. I'm keeping the Focus. It's fun and a car that I have grown really found of. I'm not to worried about fuel economy so much that it would deter me getting a Cobra. But the fact that the S would be getting better fuel economy does sway me a bit. Time will tell.

My best friend use to have a 03 Cobra... full bolt ons and what not... which put it around 500hp.

I've driven it on the street/track... they're fun...

I bought a 98 Cobra and ended up with a built motor and a vortec s-trim, built rear end, 03 cobra tranny, etcetc.... needless to say it was faster than the 03....

Point I'm trying to make but taking forever to get to is.... I'd rather have my stockish S2K over the Cobras..

It's quick in stock form and handles like a dream.

I love it..

Having driven them both, I will say that they are both very enjoyable to drive. I love my S2k though... I think it's perfection. The steering, the chassis, the interior, no roof... It all just blends together to make it the best car i've ever driven.
