how many miles is too many?
I know Honda has a legendary reputation for reliability, but how many miles would you consider to be "too many" for buying a used AP2? Basically, I'd be buying this car as more of a toy than a primary (or sole) vehicle, so I'm looking to buy it cash (ie no loan) and not spend too much. Assuming all the proper servicing was done, is 75K miles ok? 100K?
Depending what year AP2. It was introduced as a 05 and it's 08 so 75,000 is a hell of alot. So Keep that in mind. "(Not unless it was a DD) But remember this most s2k's are driven hard. But still a super reliable car!

Doing 25k/year, you know that the oil was always warm and most would have been done on the motorway/freeway.
Get a leakdown test if you have any worries

Agreed....
I'd rather have a 75k mile commuter/hwy car that was maintained properly, than a 20k abused, never checked oil, tracked car...
Just do your research and check the car out before you buy. Leakdown test is a great indication of the engines health.
Theres so much that goes into maintaining a car, even driving habits that always make me cautious when buying used.
