I am looking at a 2002 S2k with 26k miles. I already price this car by NADA/KBB. The owner is asking for 19.9K. What is a reasonable price you guy would pay for this car, assuming it is in good-excellent condition with a clean title. Car is located in TX.

That's a good price. I'd say fair is anything under 23k summer, 21k winter. Even in TX [I live in austin], winter takes its toll on prices. Anything lower than 18.5 would be a steal.

 

 

I just paid 18.5 k for a 2002 with 32k miles in Dallas, figured I got a heck of deal. Talk him down to $19-19.5k and I think you'd be doing VERY well.

 

I just paid 18.4k out the door for a 2002 with 60k miles. This was in Atlanta. Of course I'll have to pay sales tax and property tax here in SC...grr

 

I wouldn't pay more then 18.5k.....
