Default Howdy

Howdy. I'm Nick and I dont own a cool or quick car such s2000, at least not yet. Currently driving an old rear drive Corolla GTS which though is slow is quite fun if I say so myself. Cant go wrong with a lightweight rear drive car with an LSD and a high revving engine.. even if it is about as quick as honda FIT. Plus nothing says balla like a twendy year old toyota corolla.

My interests are similar that of most here which is simply put.. driving and general automotive nerdiness. Such as.. rs1800 vid(youtube).
Dispite the oldschool audio quality you can hear the brilliant sound provided by the orchestra of Cosworths 1.8L version of their BDA engine under the hood of a pair of legendary rally vehicles the Ford escort RS1800's in the hands of rally champion rally pilots Hannu Mikkola and Bjorn Waldegard.
and.. More brilliant driving in a markII.(youtube)
*shivers.. anyway what I was saying.. uhh
I'm here more or less in hopes to tag along with the local s2k driving clubs here for autocross and DE events. I'm even considering a road trip to the dragons tail.. still undecided on that one.
I look foward to future nerdy discussions here as I believe I have more in common with the majority of the s2ki members then I seem to do with the vast majority of fellow corolla forum attendies.

Peace.
