F22C in an old Tacoma

Aside from leaving the rear end and suspension untouched, Seems to be pretty cool.

I can appreciate doing something different, but I can’t imagine it being very quick or decent to drive.
I’d always be the basic bro who always swaps the LS, because it simply makes the most sense.

I'd way rather put a BEAMS 3S-GE or standard 3S-GTE in a Tacoma than an F22C.

Yeah, unless the car is going to be significantly lighter than the S2000 I think swapping for a f series engine is a long walk for a small drink. The only real value of the swap is to just do something different. If I’m doing something different; I’d at least want to put forth a convincing argument that my way is better than the conventional way.

It's pretty neat until you realize that the cool thing to do now is to buy used F20s and F22s and throw them in drift cars or random projects... our motors are no longer ours, and the supply will absolutely run out. I hope I don't ever blow my engine. These things are getting pricey.

I read about that, and forgive me for sh*tting on a project, but I usually roll my eyes on projects that aren't functional, or subtract from the original intention.
IT'S A TRUCK. And trucks are usually paired to torquey engine for the low end grunt in a low revving engine for usability purposes. Why the hell would you pair a high revving torqueless wonder into a truck?
Rant over, I'll take my backlash, but that's just how I feel and this is a downgrade in my opinion. A stupid and good waste of a motor at that.
