I am finally back...
Initial impressions of my new AP2 2007 S2K compared to my old AP1 2003:
AP2 seems to launch easier from a stand still with less clutch slip.
AP2 seems to have more torque much lower in the rev-range.
AP2 seems to shift a little better / quicker.
AP2 seems to have a wee bit more acceleration from a roll.
AP2 has TWO cup holders...and a couple more places to put stuff
AP2 Laguna Blue seems to attract WAY more attention than my AP1 in Suzuka Blue

AP1 had stiffer suspension
AP1 had 3K of RPM to play with VTEC vs. only 2K now with AP2
AP1 and AP2 stereo is weak. Just ordered the Modifry harness and wired DCI.
Bottom line....I love (loved) them both. I still have a stupid grin on my face and best of all...my wife and kids love it. That alone is worth it.

2000....We are living parallel lives. LOL I have been sick with the FLU for over a week now. Just took the S2K out for lunch and put the top down for a few minutes. Man, have I missed this car.
