Default I found a s2k I want

Ok so I found a 2008 GPW with 9k miles on it. My question is what is an offer I can make that is not rude to the dealer ship that has it.

Its not CPO its at another dealer and it was a trade in. I want to make him an offer, but I dont want it to be rude and to not have them take to me any more.

the Kbb is 26 change PP and the retail in nada is 27.4 , but the dealer wants 27.9

Any input would be great as to the market for this cars and what they are going for now.

I know everyone is looking for a deal, but some help would be great.

Is 28 OTD to much to pay for this car. I have not seen it and I would have to fly 400 miles to pick it up. Looks clean from the pics.

Thank you for your time. I hope I own her by next week.

I would bet you could find a new one for that much or less even. That's what I would do. 9k miles is a lot on a 2008.

9K is alot of miles. Offer 26.5 and see what they say. Worse they can say is no.

I would offer 25.5 out the door. But if you must fly that far then try finding one locally. Just curious, have you even seen the car in person?

I'm actually impressed at that price. Those KBB & NADA prices are for an 08?? Those look more like for an 07.

I would be surprised to see someone buying a new 08 for too much under $30k...this is summer when the prices are usually at their highest. I know some dealers are letting the cars go under invoice, but not $5k under invoice.

Once the 09 cars are out and winter is closing in, you might be able to find a new 08 for $28-29k. But that is still a couple months off.

it was a typo. I am looking at a 2007 not a 2008. Thanks for your time.

I got my dealer down to a new '07 gpw for 29,500 otd. They wanted to screw me on interest rates. Look around. That dealer still has a new '07 gpw. They never sold it. I wonder what they'd do on it now. this was last year at the same time
