I just made a deal on an 06 Laguna Pearl Blue S2k and I'm picking it up Wednesday June 6th! I was driving an 04 Lexus IS 300 5 speed w/NAV but it just didnt cut it. I picked up a 97 Accord to commute to work with and the S2k as a evening/weekend toy. I'll post pics when I can.

Greetings from Lewisville/Highland Village, TX, USA area. I've been looking at the S2K's for years now... and the wait is finally over. I picked up my 2007 Rio Yellow Pearl on 05/15/2007.

I have to be honest here, I've been lusting over this car for years and actually did not sleep the first two nights I had the car. Not because of the excitement but I thought perhaps the reality would not live up to my 'dreams.' What was I thinking? It surpassed it!

The third day, the questioning my purchase was gone, all the hesitations are gone. I'm absolutely thrilled with car. This is my 11th car in my 18 years of driving and for once, I think I'm going to have a car that I'll literally be driving the wheels off of. I've never been this excited about a car, or felt 'at home' in a car quite like this. I can't really explain it but I'm sure most of you know what I'm talking about (and hopefully haven't forgotten that feeling).

I'm reading a little bit of each thread pertaining directly to this beast as I want to know as much about this car as my brain will take. I've already go a folder in my favorites just for S2K links. I've never really considered myself a driving enthusiast but I do now. It is like a part of me inside has finally been woken up. Hmmm, I may have to put that in my signature.

Thank you to S2ki for the information helping me make my purchase. I was debating on the 350z or the S2000... the debate didn't take long.

Just to mark the occasion, Rhiana has a song title, 'Shut Up and Drive.' I think I'll take her advice.

I'm selling my '06 NBP RSX Type-S on Monday and purchasing an '02 S2K with 34k miles from the guy who is buying my car. I've been looking for a decent priced S2K for a while now, and now I'll have one. I'm excited since there are very few S2000's that are modded in my area and I'm really wanting to make this one that really stands out from the rest.

Hello Everyone! Just thought I would join in. I just today bought a 2005 S2000. Some people think I am nuts as I traded my beautiful Acura TSX for this car. Who cares! This car is wonderful and I looking forward to enjoying it. I hope to gain useful knowledge from these forums.

 

Hey Guys! Just got my 2004 S2K. This is my second sports car, first being a 350Z. I must say this car is AWESOME!

 

Just picked up my 02 black on black saturday. Daily driving a 95 prelude vtec and have the s2000 as a weekend car.......i live in the high revs. 7500 on the lude and 9000 on the S

 

Got an 07 Silverstone last Friday. The car is awesome. Can't wait to start modding it. I just completed my last project car.....doing a JDM conversion of a USDM Fit. Can't seem to get cured of this modding addiction.
