hello peps ... as u guess i am new to the forum.. well i am from the bay hoping to meet a few of the s2k owner on here . I am a former ASE Honda tech so i down too help any that need help.. feed me is the key for help lol i own a few s2000 in my days. I do track and drag race for over 15 years now. I love car and street bikes so if i am not on four wheel you will see on one he he ... well late .

 

Hello all, my name is Ryan.

I picked up my 2001 S2k back in July with 60k mi on it.
Its black with black icw wheels (not my choice. I bought it like that.)
Its in perfect shape mechanically and good cosmetically with only a couple paint chips on the hood and a scratch on the trunk. These are hopefully soon to be replaced with their CF counterparts.

Anyway, I'm glad to own this amazing machine and to be a part of the S2k world now. I'm looking forward to finding some events and meeting some of you people. Most of you on here sound great

a Japanese import i've been told it's moonstone grey unsure because i don't speak Japanese.

59,000 m on the clock 99 plate

anything i should be looking out for regards wear and tear

on the passenger side the little triangular piece that sits just in front of the rear wheel arch. Anyone know what they are called and the prices please.

and prices of the front headlight covers/unit.

hardtops prices fitted too.

anyone recommend (in the UK) a good place to buy alloy wheels

and are sony/jvc stereos compatible with the volume/mute/channel selectors next to the window

hey everyone i am new here .. well i have been on for about two weeks i guess.. i just picked up my first s2k after crashing my sentra specv... kinda happy i did cause i love everything about car! its just my weekender.. i have a work truck. i bought a 01 silverstone .. black and red interior with 33,500 miles!!!! great find on my part and paid about 2 grand under book value i have started to mod it a lil with K&N FIPK and cat back exhaust ( ebay exhuast cheap but i really like the sounds it deep but no to loud) and i also bought a VAFC for it but havent hooked it up or tuned it yet.. have 17" 5zigens 7front 8rear that i bought the car with.. but going to go to 18 and 8.5 front and 9.5 rears anf use the 18 or summer and 17 as winter rims( but dont plan or driving her much then) but anyway enouph abou that my name is chris i am 22 yrs old and i live outside columbia MD anylive close message me and i be glad to meet up and meet new ppl..

My name is Alex and I am looking to buy an S2000. I love imports and have had a bunch of cars, including a 400HP 300ZXTT and a 1JZ MKIII Supra. I have been interested in this car for a long time and would like to say a big hello to all of you!

However, I have an issue and would like to see what you guys think.

I am 6'5" and weigh about 220-225lbs and am not afraid to get in a small sporty car. The headroom in the S2K with the top up is good, but the legroom is 2 or 3" short. I can drive the car barefoot, but it gets a little difficult with shoes on I have been trying to find a way to possibly make some adjustments to the OEM seat or get an aftermarket seat with a slimmer profile to get some more legroom.

Have any other members on this site dealt with this already? My boss is 6'4" with my build and drives the car just fine. I just may be a new S2000 owner if someone can hook me up with some info

 

Hello everyone. I have found helpful insights on this forum in the past so I thought I would join. I have a Red S2000, year 2000, and have owned it for 7 years. Bought it at 13,000 kms. I'm interested in the suspension changes that accompanied the 2litre to 2.2 litre car. Ive found my car to be a little frightening in the handling department. A very nervous, twitchy feeling while accelerating throug corners. I understand that the 2.2 version corrected a lot of this. Are there simple aftermarket ways of fixing this? Your input will be appreciated. Thanks.

were apskustoms, dont own an s2000 but do own 3 other hondas.

Atm were building a 400bhp civic ek, we have another civic ek to comute and we also have an integra dc2 sir.

Reason for joining is because the interest in s2000's is great, and we look to maybe get one soon.

Hey guys I am new here. I have an 2006 s2k and it has been a pleasure driving it around. It is not so good on gas as a daily driver but the sensation of driving will subsitute for that. Hope to post some more. later.
