Hey everyone, I'm a relatively new s2k owner (Feb 2006), and I finally got time to join the community. I own a MY01 Spa Yellow (previously owned by Pierre aka Roadsta) and I'm from the Florida Panhandle area.

Hey ya'll! I met somebody at the Gaslamp Restaurant and Bar last night in Long Beach who had an S2K and had referred me to this site...sooooooo! Here I am! I have a 2006 S2000 sebring silver bought on the first of June this year. I'm so ecstatic about the car because I've been eyeing this baby since I saw an article about it in MotorTrend magazine in 1999. I swore it was a sexy bitch...and yes, it is!

I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I'm Gretchen , 24 female from Corona, California. My car is still stock, but I am pretty sure with all your influences (and visual ideas) it isn't going to stay that way. Hope ya'll are having a great day!

yoho-
just put a deposit on a 2003 with 16K miles, certified used via Honda dealer here. I had a 2004 Mazdaspeed turbo MX5 that I loved (my 2nd MX). Unfortunately my wife totaled it a few weeks ago-she is ok thankfully! Hope I did the right thing-also considered looking for another MSM or a Porsche Boxster. I drove the S2K and liked the more substantial feel-didn't get to push it at all really, but I know I won't be dissappointed there. Thought the Porsche might push my wallet a bit too much.

Hey, I got a 2006 Berlina Black. *technically* it was used, but only had 800 miles on it when I bought it. I got it for like 28k with Permeplate and Lojack. The guy got an MRI and had to get back surgery, so he was selling his car ASAP. I never drove stick prior to this, but I'm driving it around now decently. I don't drive it to work, but my sister is going to start driving it to work (I have no say in the matter), she has to learn stick as well. Basically, my parents gave me a loan and I'm paying off the car to them. I'm still in school, so I decided I didn't want to bring the car to school because I don't have covered parking and I'm graduating in 2 quarters. While, I'm at school, my sister is paying off a portion of the loan and driving the car. If anyone has any good tips on the best way to improve driving stick, that would be helpful thx.
