Glad your persistence was rewarded, and that you got the one you wanted man. Even with the dealership fees I still think you did to snag a car with such low mileage, especially one that's in good shape AND in a cool color. Take care and have fun, we'll have to compare notes sometime down the line when we're no longer mere weeks into our S2000 ownership haha
Yes, stay in touch!....This S2000 came with a new top, tires, HKS exhaust and the K&N intake mod....very nice, all I have to do is the brakes....and just received my 'RockAuto' shipment...Slotted rotors, pads and braided brake lines....can't wait to get started!

Hi there, 10 year owner of an '01 silverstone S2000 here. Without going into tons of detail I've done several mods including HD clutch, suspension, gauges, boost controller - oh yeah I've had a Greddy turbo for 5+ years (lost count) with minor mods such as ported WG, meth injection, and custom CAI. I'm keeping it street legal although it did make 320 WHP and has suprised a few cars here and there. I do all my own wrench turning and this has been a very reliable car.

Hello, I got my 2006 S Feb 2018. I have been interested in one since my co worker drove his to work new back in 2004. However I started seriously looking in Feb this year, and was very picky what i would settle for, knowing people here are starting to ask alot for them. Well the long wait is over and I picked up a 2006 Silverstone w black/red interior in pristine condition with 27,000 miles on it, it came with 18” OZ racing rims w Hankook tires, AEM intake, KW coil overs, Alpine Blue tooth stereo. Car has never been tracked..So here is the cool part I got the original parts including rims and tires, so basically I have 2 S2K modified/original. So since then I have added a spoiler and a new battery, just about to redo brakes with drilled and slotted rotors and pads, thinking about painting my calipers red and probably a clear bra. Then I’m gona enjoy the hell out of driving it and polishing it. I live in the foothills of the Sierras and my S is loving it...Me too. After looking so long I thought 26K$ was a lot but you add all the mods I would have done eventually anyway I’m thinking it was well worth it. It is the car i’ve been waiting for along time...and as advertised....you think it was worth it????
