Hello everyone.

I just wanted to take a second to say hello to everyone. I am the proud owner of a 2005 s2000, I could not be happier. I have been waiting to buy this car for about two years now and finally decided to jump on this deal.

I am sure I will be doing a lot of reading, asking a lot of questions and so on.

Cheers.

Hey there fellas.

I'm not an S2000 owner... yet. I am interested in going back to 2-door coupes.

I started out my love for cars a couple of years ago, and I then had a 2005 Mazda RX-8. Wonderful car: lightweight, high-revving buzzy engine, wonderful handling. Road raced the crap out of it, and learned a lot. I traded it in for a 2006 MazdaSpeed6. Lots of torque, but not so lightweight.

I'm tired of driving around in a large 4 door for no reason. I'm looking to get back into small coupes again. My girlfriend is also adamant about not having kids, so we'll never need a 3rd seat.

I could go back to the RX-8..., but I'm looking for something that is more... raw. I hear the S2000 is just one of the rawest cars you can buy south of $40,000.

So here I am. I'm hunting for my very own S2000. AP1 or AP2 doesn't really matter.

Even better if you want to trade for a MazdaSpeed6!

Hi, I just got a Honda Certified 2006 suzuka blue s2000 yesterday. What a perfect weekend in Ohio to get this car.

I had been looking for awhile, but every time I was about to act the car would get sold. It all worked out well though because the one I ended up with was the best one I looked at by far.

More about me, I'm 27, engaged, and live in the Dayton area of Ohio. I grew up and still work in the Columbus area. Thanks for having me. I've been lurking for a good while, and really have a lot of respect for the community here.

I'm a longtime Honda fan. I had a 98 accord in college, then got a new 2009 Fit sport before the s2000 this weekend.

edit for humor: When I got back from the dealership I realized I couldn't figure out how to pop the fuel door. It took a good 20 minutes worth of looking around before I found it. My fiance still is making fun of me.

Hey, JR here. Finally treated myself to an S2000 after checking out the oldies ('72 Vettes, 70's MG and Midgets) and some newer wheels (Z3, Miata, etc.).

After checking it all out there was no comparison....S2000 had them all beat. Got a nice silver over black 2006 with 46k miles......great shape, just needs some new rear wheels....ordering from TireRack tomorrow.

Will be both my fun car and my almost daily driver here in the burbs of Philadelphia.

Already used the forums for a couple issues.....
