Hello All, Name: Gleider.. 24years old, I'm from Dominican Republic; been a fan of S2k's since 1999 its my 2nd favorite car after an Ferrari F-430 recently sold my 2006 Mazda 3 HB and looking to purchase my S2K this weekend, will post pics as soon i get it in my hands. (I've been following this forum for around 4-5 months now, read about everything, im kinda an S2K freak) i just LOVe these cars!.

as you can see i have been on the forum for quite some time i have been an owner of the same S2k for 8 years now NFR AP1. i am currently in iraq and i finally started a membership ( sorry it took so long)

 

Texas on Fire!

I purchased my second S2000 Saturday (05' GPW, 30k miles owned by a little old man who couldn't get out easily) and took a day trip to Austin yesterday to visit my daughter at school (hook em!). On the way home I ran into the Bastrop wildfires, as of this morning 14,000 acres have burned and over 300 homes have been lost. It was very sad to see families on the side of the road w/ kids, pets and even livestock, please keep Texas in your prayers. I sold my owned since new GPW 06' a few years ago after it had been hit three times (none my fault, honest) and driven 60k+ miles. Needless to say I have missed the driving experience ever since and after I found this forum I knew it wouldn't be long.

 

Just picked up my Silver 2001 s2000 yesterday morning. getting tags and registration tomorrow. Trying to get in on all of the conversation without being "That New Guy" lol. Bought my car from an older lady that has had it for 7 years. she was the second owner and the first owner wouldn't even take it out in the rain. Did really good with this car. very excited to meet some guys from S2KI, so send me a message or something. also can someone point me in the right direction to a really good exhaust thread that includes information about eliminating all drone!? What's Up everyone? I'll be signing papers on an 06 AP2 Silver this weekend. My first S2K, coming from an 05 Acura TSX.

 

Hi everyone! Just picked up a berlina black S2K two weeks ago. This is my first true sports car and first Honda with my last "fun" car having been a modified 2007 Subaru WRX wagon.

 

Just joined the forum, glad to be here. I own a 2007 s2k, lots of track days at BIR, MAM, Road America. And some gentle country drives as well! Not too many mods on the car - a short ram intake and Stoptech slotted rotors. Oh yeah, and a new wheel bearing in the rear...

Hope to be really engaged in these forums.
