Just bought my first S!

Hello everyone!! Just bought my first s2000. 2000 Silverstone with 31k on it. All stock, black interior. I think im in love!

I just had one question, driving it today pretty hard I grinded goin into third twice! Is this common? How strong are these trannys? Should I use some type of special trans fluid? I know everything on the car is in tip top shape, I had a mechanic check it out before I bought it.
