I just had one question, driving it today pretty hard I grinded goin into third twice! Is this common?
Congratulations and welcome. It's somewhat common for owners reporting "notchy" 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd shifts, particularly when cold; this is a well documented and discussed issue here... I wouldn't worry too much if it fits that scenario. You should also consider changing all your fluids, if you haven't done so already. Happy motoring!

Thanks! I have all the service records for the car I believe the trans and diff fluid were already done ( even though it only has 31k on it ).

Has anyone ever used the Kumho Ecsta ASX's? I just bought a set for the car, reviews seemed decent?

Congrats on the purchase. As far as the trans fluid, alot use the Honda MTF and recommend it. Usually that would be the best to use unless your having some serious grinding. Then maybe try amsoil. Anyways, enjoy and drive safely.
