Default Just got my s2000 a week ago...

Hey everyone, I'm from Cincinnati, Ohio. I just got my s2000 a week ago today and I couldn't be happier! I've been wanting one for a few years and decided that it needed to happen now. I searched high and low for a stock AP1 with decent miles and hadn't been ragged on. So here ya go, all 100% stock and oh so gorgeous <3

I do think something needs to be done about the radio... I need something a bit more updated and can connect my ipod to. Anyone have any good suggestions? If I change out head unit will the radio controls in the dash still work? (Such a n00b question, I know!)

Welcome!

You could maybe try this?

It would be a good idea to check the rear ports of your current head unit before hand if you're considering this

Look up Modifry DCI. It will patch any brand radio to work with your stock remote controls. I have it and love it. Great car.

Thanks everyone! I've been waiting far too long to get my baby. All I want to do is keep driving it.. stupid rain is messing up my plans!

I searched around on the boards and researched the best car cover to get (my husband won't let me park in the garage since all his stuff is in there..) and am going to be buying the Covercraft Weathershield HP Car Cover. It seems to be 2nd best (the Covercraft Weathershied HD is better - but costs a lot more!) so between the HP and a fluffy blanket for hail... everything should be safe!

I need to decide what I want to do with the head unit, either replace or add the iPod connection. Thanks for both of your suggestions, really helps!
