Default Just put a deposit down.

Hello everyone,

Hopefully will be a new s2k owner on Monday, I just put a deposit down on it.

It's an 05 ap2, with 14k miles on it,

Guy was asking 19,900 but I got him to 17,000, signed the paper and will be picking it up on Monday/Tuesday if all goes well.

Judging by autotrader and cars.com I think I got an ok price, but my friend (who got me in to s2k's in the first place) says I am getting ripped hard.
What is the consensus here?

Looking forward to learning a lot here!

Awesome price! Your friend is nuts to think your getting ripped off. Unless the car is busted up or something.

Not a bad price at all. I paid around the the same for an '04 with roughly double that mileage.

$19,635 for a '06 w/ 18,000 miles. Your buy is superior! hint, I'm a dealer.

What's the color combo? If it's a GPW, wow, your friend is just straight up jealous!
I just got a 2005 GPW on tan w/ 31,000 miles for 16,000.

color is silverstone, car is in amazing shape. The owner is an old guy, he is picking up a '12 gt-r and selling his weekend ride s2k.
I will post pics tomorrow if all goes well.
