I would also think that this car he took out was used, it being an 07 and all. So it might've been broken in. And heck, when I test drove my car, I had every intention of buying it. So I drove it in my test drive like I would drive it every day - dang right I took it to redline. IMO, if you're going to drop $12,000-$33,000 on a car, at least see what it can do, and make sure it runs properly. He even stated that he was looking to buy one. How is it "someone else's problem now"?

Suzuka doesn't seem like he's paying attention to my original post. The car was a USED 2007 model with 14,000 km's which is well over the break in period. I totally agree with you about testing the car, every car we've been interested in we drove it like we stole it, if I'm gonna buy a track car, why not make sure its to my 'track taste' before I buy it? I was very impressed though.
