This past Saturday I purchased a 2000 Berlina Black s2000 with 11k miles on it. I was very particular when looking for the car, it had to be black on black and have low miles on it. When I finally found it I flew 1000 miles away to pick it up and drive it home. 17 hours after buying and when i finally made it home I could not have been happier. It was one of the most pleasant drives I have ever made and the car performed beautifully. I have been reading alot on this forum but just signed up tonight so that I could post. Is there anything in particular that I should keep an eye on for my car and its particular year?

Look around and check the FAQ thread at the top of intro, just to get you started. You should plan to swap all your fluids out soon (check the oil journals thread in under-the-hood for suggestions), just to make sure all's well to start with. Keep a close eye on your engine oil level, and make sure the spark plugs were replaced with the 2002 recall.
