Keeping it in the family - Oahu
My uncle offered to sell my his 01 s2k that was in perfect condition. The car is completely oem except for the k&n intake, tanabe hyper medallion exhaust, and a carbon fiber heat shield. He sold it to me with 84.5k miles and I've since then put 2k miles on it, lots of driving because it was my first car that was a stick so I really wanted to learn and once I got the hang of it, driving became so much more fun...
Here are some pics...having the front bumper repainted, a long with a genuine tss spoiler and an oem replica lip. The mileage should stay somewhat low, as I live in Hawaii and go to college in seattle, so the car will get a break from being my daily for most of the year. We don't have a real track here yet, we have a parking lot with some cones, but hopefully one will be finished being built by the time I finish college. Here are some pics...only thing I've done to the car so far was have a long range 2 way viper alarm installed

I'm mechanically inclined, my first car was a toyota 4runner, and I swaped out the motor with a fully built vette motor and tranny, and swaped out the ifs to a solid axle suspension, on my second truck I built a rear link suspension and swapped the suspension to air ride along with lots of sheet metal work...going to try and keep the s2k what it was designed for, the track. After I finish school I want to built up a crate motor and swap it out with the current one when the miles start to get a little higher...maybe by then we will have a real track.
