Default Low finance for S2k

After years of saving up, I'm just about to take the plunge. Does anyone know if I can get 0-1.9% financing for an S2000?

I know Honda has an end of the year clearance event. Is that when interest rates are the lowest? Does it really depend on the dealer, for the most part? Where else can I look for a really low rate?

Sorry if these questions are a bit rookie for you guys. I'm new to the new car purchasing experience.

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure there is no financing like that through Honda for S2Ks. You might be able to make a deal with a dealer, but that might be a push...

The did a 2.9% for 36 months last year. That's the best I've seen.

it really depends. this girl at my work got a new rsx last may fully financed (id say about 26k out the door) with no down payment with 0 interest she said. She got her dad to co-sign of course and her dad supposidly had godly credit. shes paying 360/mo fully financed. I am paying the same amount for my 01 AP1 which i bought for the same price. only difference is i was only financed for 17k, i put 10k down 14% apr for my creditless 20 year old self. not too bad, planning on refinancing down to 250/mo in april. yes i know it may be bad for my credit blah bblah blah but i work for a credit report agency and refi's only last so long and seeing as how i wont be in the market for a new house anytime soon it wont matter much. i just need to get my ass back in school nect fall semester so i wont be working full time anymore.

-i suppose anything is possible, dealerships will cut deals- depending on credit/down payment etc.shop around for apr rates and maybe get approval from a credit union

I got 2.9% on a new '06 S2000 in late November and it was a West Coast promo to move Honda's.
Got this rate from American Honda Finance.
Stay on the look out as sales slow in the next month or so it'll come so keep checking with your dealer and make it part of the deal - I think you'll be surprised how soon they find the rate.
