Default MY07 with 7200k and some problems

Alright you guys, I need your opinions. Since owning my S2000, I noticed some problems that has occurred since I owned it. I have a MY07 with 7200 miles and here are some of the issues I've came across.

(A) Notchy shifting until about 30 - 40 minutes of driving
(B) Resistance going to first gear at a stop, and resistance going to 2nd and 3rd.

Change your trasmission and differential oil. My diff oil was dirty at 7500 miles. Changing transmission oil may fix all the grinding issues.

It's easy to do; just go to under-the-hood DYI thread. buy a pump!

A) Dunno. Is it cold out?
(B) 1st Gear resistance. Depress the cluth for a couple of seconds (3 or 4) before selecting the first gear. Instant clutch in and gear select is notchy.
C)Dunno, doesn't sound good with the grinding. If it is a loud notchy sound, that is normal, our trannys are loud.
(D) Loud tranny, normal.
(E) Dunno.
(F) Dunno.

I drive a MY07 with 8800 miles.

(A) No, it's not cold outside, the tranny is notchy for the first 30 to 40 minutes of driving.
(B) I guess I'll press the clutch and wait a few seconds before putting it into gear.

I have the same problems. My first gear only goes halfway most of the time, I have to give it gas before puttin' into 1st, it just won't go half the time.

Maybe I need to change fluids.

i'd get it done at the dealer possibly?

so if something is really broken, they won't blame you since it's still under warrenty?

I have an MY07 and my transmission is neither notchy or noisy.

With the top down, especially when I am at idle putting the shifter into 1st, I can easily hear the notch of it going in. Try sitting in the garage with the car off, shift around, and listen.
