^^ 12K is a great price!! I wouldn't worry to much about those three small things.
My friends stock SS Camaro went 14.2 at 101, remember I'm a mile high (there's no air here). His WS6 went the exact same time, even though it was an automatic (it had exhaust and intake). And his GTO only went 15.2, no traction.
