Thumbs up New 05 S2000

Hello everyone!

Looking to buy myself a nice, cool, sports car after drooling after it since late 1999 (and a huge promotion at the company)

I've found several 05 leftovers at local dealers. One dealer quoted me 28539 for purchase. Is that a fair price considering this time of year?

I am also considering lease. What would be the lease numbers be if I were to lease one?

Any information is greatly appreciated!!!

Rob

Leasing numbers will depend on your credit score, the amount of cash down, length of lease term, miles needed per year.

If you are going to lease, lease an 2006. The residual will be higher on the 06 and payment will be lower.

That does seem like a very good cash price. Isn't that like $5k under MSRP?

Even though '06 residual is slightly higher, the problem is you can't get the same price discounts as you can with a left over '05. So leasing an '05 will still be cheaper.

$28,539 is a great price on a brand new '05. No dealer will sell an '06 for anywhere near that price.
