Just to share my happiness, I went to my local Honda dealer to take another look to the car. But this time I could not resist and came back home driving a brand new GPW S2000. So my EVOLUTION 8 was left behind in the dealer(it was a very nice car nice performance and fast) but no regrets.... I love my S2000.

Even with leaving the EVO behind you went up the evolution ladder with the S2000.

Have FUN driving your S

Good call! BTW, how would you compare the s2k to your evo 8?

Congrats, red!!! The siren song of the S stole you away from Mitsu-land!

If you type in your VIN to your profile, you can change status from enthusiast to owner. Also, consider changing from guest to member if you're going to hang around the board a while.

At this time I can't make any comparison yet with the EVO (in performance) it is to soon, stil in the "break in" period. But to be honest this 2 car are in different categories, the EVO ia all wheel drive, turbo and the S2000 is rear wheel drive.
BUT SO FAR SO GOOD.... I realy like what I got and I don't miss the EVO that much... I think I am falling in love with my S2000...

Outstanding, evo... I think you'll really like the S. I agree about the different categories comment. EVOs are way more powerful than our Ss. That said, they're missing a key feature -- they're not S2000s.

I know this isn't the car comparison section so I'll keep this brief.

The Evo is violent

The S2000 is smooth

Both handle very well, but in a different way.

Very, very, very different cars.

Really curious... how did you manage to get a red-black interior with the GPW?
