Hi all!

I just purchased my red 2006 certified S2K w/3k miles + factory installed XM radio with car cover and in mint condition from Nalley Honda in Union City (Atlanta), GA--I got it for 24.8k.... 27k drive-out (includes taxes, etc); I think they gave me such a good deal because I had cash in hand... I think it was a good deal, thoughts? Was priced better than anywhere I could find on eBay, Craigs List, etc. FYI if you are looking to buy a new one, Willett Honda in Morrow, GA is offering the 2007s for 29.9k.

Anyhow, wow what a fun car! My primary car is a 2006 Acura RL... this is my 4th Honda product and I am hooked. The fit, finish, and quality is second to none-- I now know first hand why the American car companies are fighting for their lives. Wow and to think that I actually gave more than 2 seconds of thought to the Saturn Sky. My first Honda product was an '00 Accord EXV6 coupe (fun car!), next an '04 Acura TL w/nav, then the '06 RL, and now just got the S2K as a second car. I am telling you, this S2K is just so darn fun and gets more looks than a boring (IMHO) Z4 or boring as well Boxster.

I have a question for all of you that are perhaps more experienced with the car than I. For starters, what do you think of the standard speaker system? What are the specs on it, and would you recommend that I upgrade the speakers? Next, do you have any tips or pointers on how I can get better use out of the car?

Congrats on the new ride!!The standard speakers on the car just plan suck!!you can pick up some aftermarket speakers for about $100.easy to install...on a scale of 1-10 i give the stock speakers a 2.with just aftermarket speakers you'll get about a 4 with no other upgrades ex: headunit,amp,sub...

many members like to track the car.I just don't have time for it...check your local forum for details, I'm sure some in your section may go to these events.
