First off i'll tell ya about myself, I come from the subie world i've had three and still own one.
started out in 06 with a 04 wrx and moved up to a 04 sti in 08 shortly after that we had an accident and i went to my current 02 wrx.
I'm a fireman out of CA and a DIY mechanic on the side i've done everything to my car myself and i love it..

So what im here for is i want to get into a s2k as a DD and was just wondering what to look for in them, any problems after certain milage and or what years to look out for.

I'm not looking to make this a fast car just a DD with looks i love the way they look and feel i've driven a couple of my buddys.

Thanks guys any input would help, also is this the best s2k forum to be looking at or??

Nice Subie! Look for torn tops or tops starting to tear. Make sure the oil level is good (some S's are known to burn some oil). Just use some common sense and you should be fine.
