My wife and I have owned and enjoyed our red 2000 model for 13 years this month. First one delivered to our dealer. Currently bone stock, all original except for fluids, filters, tires, and battery....with 37,250 miles.
Prior to purchase we restored and auto crossed Alfa Romeos. We auto crossed the STWOK (after the break in period) for a couple of seasons and loved it. The car has been a garage queen all of its life. Very recent new tires, all records and receipts, recent three coats of wax. Almost never driven in rain. Has dealer installed rear spoiler, side strikes, cd changer, and car cover. I recently removed the dealer installed front spoiler and found a small cut on the bottom caused by a sloppy installation.
I have a pristine garage with a cabinet fill of Griot products, a bit a___retentave I admit. Oh yeah, speaking of A-R, I have a new set of factory floor mats still in the box.
I am 59 yrs old and don,t text or do social media at all, hence late to the forum. The reason for jumping I now is that we have enjoyed this amazing car long enough and are thinking about selling it to get a Porshe.
We would much prefer to sell to knowledgeable enthusiasts than to hit Craigslist, cars.com,yadda,,,, We are thinking a firm $21,500.
Before we pull the trigger (do you sense my reluctance), I would appreciate insight\opinion about the price.
Thanks!
