Default NEW MEMBER NEEDS ADVICE

[attachment=45508:little redw.jpg]Hello,

I am a new member .I am from western Pennsylvania .

Just purchased a New Formula Red 2006 S2000 last week. I have posted some pictures onto the Gallery page.
I look forward to meeting some of the members on this web site. I will need help from the S2000 experts as I try to become familiar
with this great car. I took it for a PA. inspection and it passed with no problems. ( an emissions test was not required )
They did recommend I change the brake fluid which I let them do.
Should I have any of the other fluids changed ? The car has 35,000 miles on it . I am the 3rd owner.

I look forward to everyones suggestions.

Thank you,

Little Red

Welcome aboard, Little Red! Do you have your photos hosted somewhere already? If not, you can purchase an S2KI membership and host them here. Otherwise, you can host them elsewhere (e.g. flickr, Photobucket) and image link them into your post here.

If you have a smart phone, you can download Tapatalk and upload images directly from your phone.

If you have a facebook account, you can grab the image URL and paste it here using the "Insert image" button.

Basically, once you have the image hosted somewhere, what you want to do is obtain the URL that ends with the photo's file extension which is usually ".jpg." Here's an example of what a proper image link looks like:

I would change all of the fluids (engine oil, tranny, rear diff, clutch and brakes) so you have a baseline of what is in the car and when it was done.

You can search for A LOT of information on which fluids are best.

Welcome, nice ride.

Yeah change the oil, trans, clutch and diff. I suggest ASMoil. I would not let the dealer change the diff fluid. To many horror stories of them using the wrong fluid. If you don't have the tools post up in your local forum and I bet someone would be willing to help you out.
