Default New Member, Thank God

New member here, but I have been lingering Round for the past few months. I just picked up a red 06' S2000 with 39k miles. It was certified pre-owned and they gave me 2,000 off of sticker price and they also gave me a good bit for my Mazdaspeed 6. I'm am in love with it so far. I am hoping to modify it soon. I was thinking about getting some springs and wheel spacers first. I just don't know which brand is the best for looks and ride quality. I was also thinking about getting the T1R 70mm V3 exhaust and some sort of intake.

So really my question is which springs are the best for ride quality and decent drop? And which size wheel spacers should I run to make them flush. I prefer not to roll the fenders.

Thanks
Austin

It's not as fast as the Mazda in a straight line but it is a huge improvement in the turns. Overall I think with intake and exhaust it could be just as good.

Here are are some pointers:

Springs: Espelir ASD springs. (thats if you cant wait to save up for coilovers)

Exhaust: Great choice! (I have it as well)

Intake: K&N FIPK, Best gains lowest prices IMO

If your staying NA then I would also suggest 4.77 gears, they will make your car just as fast as your Mazda six in the straight line aspect. (gearing makes a huge difference in accelartion times) And they are in-expensive.

Tires: go with Dunlop Direzza Star Specs. You will love them.

Hope your enjoy your new ride, and great choice!
