New memeber seeking which model 2007-2010
Hi I’m musk from Denver , I’m seeking to buy any model from 2007-2010 which do you think would be preferable and what’s the price range ? My budget is $24500
2006-2009 are considered to be nearly the same. 08-09 had slightly different seats, different spring rates, no black tape on the windshield frame, tire pressure sensors, and a slightly different cluster compared to the 06-07. In terms of the drivetrain and most of the hardware, they're pretty much all the same.
Good luck on your search. The differences in the 2006-2009 range are trivial as noted above with my 2006 model lacking tire pressure monitoring being one. The 2008 wheels are the most attractive in my view. I'm convinced the 2009 models are nothing more than left-over 2008 cars just to use up parts and close the production line. Only 355 imported.
Finding an "AP2V2 or V3" car in a one month artificial time window will be difficult especially at your price point as asking prices often go above $30,000 for decent examples of these. Also note @A.O. 's shopping quest from the past two months with hardly any restrictions to model years and which took much time, effort, and driving to look at cars to eventually get a good one. Starts here.

As Chuck mentioned above I just went through what you are getting ready to do. My parameters were not year but mostly color, Yellow or Red preferred in my case. I live in South Carolina and we went to 5 different states looking till we found one we liked. Flew to Texas to see one in Houston, drove 8 hours each way to check one out in Nashville, we did not buy that one either although we did get some great Nashville chicken. We looked at three of them in North Carolina, one down in Augusta and ended up buying one in Columbia which was out shortest trip by far. I started out hoping to get one in the $15,000-$20,000 range, got ours for a bit more than that and was glad to have found a good one at that price!! I'm thinking if you want a 2006-2009 you better set the lower end of your range at $30k and figure on spending more. One in that range and in good condition could go way higher. Might I ask why you set those years for your car. Oh, also if you are going to look at privately owned cars, Facebook marketplace seems to have the largest selection. I had to join Facebook to get to them.
Chuck, my 2005 doesn't have the TPI either and I am glad it does not.. the ones on my truck and other car seem to always be giving me grief.
Good luck on your search Musk and let us know how it goes.
