New NFR on board!
Hey everyone!
I'm Ardie, and I just bought myself a 2007 NFR s2000... with 9600 miles on it. must have been someone's garage queen! I have been looking for an s2k for some time now and finally took the plunge. First thing I did was wipe off all that stupid "Armor all" all the dealers put all over the interior. Just gave it its first wash and wax today! I'll be doing oil, diff, and tranny within a week.
I drove a Scion tC for almost 7 years. Loved it. I just got bored. Had 2 actually, one 05 auto for a couple years, then got into autocrossing and track, so i bought a new manual one. I treated it like a king. Drove one to 40k, and the second to 101k. Both looked better than new when I sold them. I really, honestly, miss the tC. great car.
Which brings to my next point... this s2000 only has 9600 miles on it, and the paint is in... less than ideal condition. scratches and paint chips all over. what kind of s2000 owner lets that happen in such short time? on the other hand, the interior is perfect, so hey whatever, i'll live!
Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself and dive right in! The more I drive this car, the more I realize how special it is, and that I have a lot of learning to do. But that's why I bought it!
