I just got a 2007 berlina black on wed (april 27) and i cant wait til' I hit 500 miles so i can go above 5k RPM.

Anyways, is it okay if i regularly shift at 6k RPM (once i hit 500miles)?

Will Intake or Exhaust mod's have any impact on the warranty?

I bought it at Elk Grove Honda.

 

I bought the exact same car as you a day later at Huggins Honda in North Richland Hills. Luckily they keep all of their S2000s on the showroom floor because the rest of their inventory got pretty beat up by the hail storm a few weeks back.

Mods can't void your warranty. The only time you would have an issue is if the dealer can prove your mod cause a specific malfunction. For example, if you put on an intake with a really low snorkel and get water in the engine then you can kiss the warranty on your engine goodbye.
