Default New owner of a 2008 S2K

Hello everybody!! New to the forum, I have been more of a lurker since before I got my s2000 about 11 months ago. Really is a great car! So far the mods I have done to it are Moddiction short shifter, Koni yellow's with Eibach springs, and Greddy SE dual exhaust. Ordered the Enkei PF01's in matte black, but are back ordered until march. It's nice to finally be a member, such a great site with lots of useful information.

Some pictures of my s2000..

Congrats on your new S. Great color choice & year. I highly recommend the K&N 63 series air charger intake(I'd posted last year after the install). You'll love the difference in the sound! Have fun in your S & welcome.

Thanks! And thank you for the intake recommendation, but I was thinking about doing the PWJDM intake. If anybody knows any reason why I shouldn't, besides the price, please let me know.

Personally, I stayed away from the PWJDM intake for the following reasons; 1)I'm planning to boost my CR in the future so it didn't make sense to spend that much on an intake, 2)K&N intake gives you almost as much HP as the PWJDM at a much lower price, & 3) I'd heard from many S owners with the PWJDM intake that the hood needs to be adjusted due to lack of clearance.
Anyway, if that's the intake you want, go for it. I do have to say that PWJDM intake does look cool.

Oh lord have mercy, that's a hot car. I almost bought a black 2008 w/red/blk interior, but settled on a 2009 NFR instead. After seeing your pics I'm 2nd guessing my decision. You gonna sell those OEM rims when the new one's come in (do they have a lot of rash on the edges)?

Thank you! No road rash on the wheels, but I am going to keep them. In case I ever want to return the car back to stock.
