New Owner - Columbia, MD
I have been looking at S2000 since I got my license 5 years ago. But today I finally had the means and drive to go out and find one. It is great. I had a big supercharged american car before this and that was fast, but this thing feels like a rocket ship. I can't believe the handling and braking. Ugh, I'm in love!

This is my first manual. I improved a lot over the few hours I drove tonight - hit a lot of red lights. I stalled a few times, but that is the way it is. No one honked or anything so I guess it's all good. I think by the end of the week I will feel a lot more comfortable. But I couldnt be happier w/ the car.
Sweet, I'm from Ellicott City, pm me if you wan't to cruise sometime or what not. Also consider joining www.autokrats.com as it is a local car forum based in Columbia. I have the same s/n on there.

I love it already. My old car redlined @ 6500 and the auto trans usually kept well away from there. This car is just getting started around 4.5k

Not really. I modded the crap out of my last car:
smaller pulley
alcohol injection
intake
full exhaust
PCM
Big brakes
and it really just makes for an empty wallet. I think I want to run my car in stock A SCCA autocross so I will probably just leave it alone. I may get a K&N drop in or open up the airbox and put in a cone filter. But all in all it doesnt seem like they do much. Beyond that I have a Honda certified warranty and wouldn't want to risk that.
