New owner - NC
Hey guys, just picked up my first s2k a couple weeks ago, a MY05 with 42k on the clock. It's pretty much stock with the exception of Espelir (sp) springs and Rota's, which will be coming off over the winter to go back to stock. I'm the 3rd owner, and the previous 2 were completely anal retentive about the car, not driving it in the rain if possible and just keeping it clean, and it shows. Unfortunately since the pics were taken I hit a large chunk of tire on the highway (F250 in front of me went right over it no problem, lowered s2k, not so much) which took off the front lip. The bumper itself is fine, just needs a slight readjustment on one side and lost a couple wheel well liner clips, but I have those on hand to get all that sorted. It still looks good without the lip, so I may or may not replace it down the road.
What I have planned for the week is CDV removal (already done, just haven't reinstalled), full hydraulic flush, oil change, trans and diff fluid change, PCV valve, belts, and valve adjustment. Just got new tires on the OEM wheels that came with the car, and after an alignment she should be good to go for quite some time. It isn't going to be my DD, mostly weekend/autox toy to replace the e30 I recently sold. I've spent a lot of time reading on here, and greatly appreciate the knowledge already shared and hope to be able to contribute some myself.

Thanks guys! I'm looking forward to getting the rest of the preventative maintenance stuff done tomorrow so I can actually drive it without worry.
Mike, I know you post that in every introduction thread, but I've already got it covered. Thanks
