New S2000 owner, finally!
Hello fellow S2000'ers !
Bought a used 2004 S2000 a few weeks ago. Admired these cars for years, finally waited and got a good deal on a used one. One immediate problem I had was the Timing Chain Tensioner (TCT), but the dealer had it replaced for me, now she really sounds nice!

Not planning on heavy mods, just the exhaust and maybe intake.
Can anyone recommend a good exhaust that gives the best added performance and doesn't sound too ricey?
Thanks!

Welcome to the site
That's a nice looking s2k you got there. I've still got my stock intake and exhaust so I can't really recommend anything, but there are a bunch of people on here that might be able to help

skunk2 has the best sound imo, and the most consistent power gains, with or without the silencer. it definitely has my props. the aem v2 is also a good choice as far as intakes. aggressive and youll hit vtec harder.

Nice looking S! for Intakes for me, right now I just have a AUT Carbon Fiber Cooling plate that goes over the snorkel of the stock airbox and replaced the stock OEM filter with a K and N drop in, but I plan on replacing that one in the future with a Spoon Sports or a Mugen Filter. As for exhaust I like the way single looks
I went with a Buddy Club Spec III with a Berk Test pipe, its a 63mm (2.5" all the way through I believe) and it sounds really good and is not bad for the price either, but if you don't like the exhaust to be way to loud and you prefer dual, the Tanabe Medalion Touring Exhaust, its under 93 db and sounds nice when you get on it, but everyday driving its nice and quiet and it fills the AP2 rear bumper pretty well.
again welcome and hope you enjoy it here
