Default new s2000 owner in florida.

I am a new s2000 owner, living in miami florida. I was at an auto store, when the associate introduced me to his sk2000, and educated me about the forum.

I bought mine in december after trading in my 06 acura tsx, for a yellow with black interior 06 s2000. I love it. I have always wanted one, but I couldn't do it for the for the price when it was on the lot.

My sk2000 is stock, and I bought it for 20k, with 17k miles on it. It is in mint condition and I'm trying my best to keep it that way.

I recently put new tires on my car (as it was the only thing that needed replaced, and still original tires from original owner.) I bought Hankook Ventus V12 Evo K110
great tires by the way, smooter ride with less road noise and seemingly better handleing in the often wet florida road ways (for anyone looking for tires.)

question i have: what kind of care do i need to do/product to apply to care for my beloved sk2000 top?troublesx10@yahoo.com

I keep my car in a car port when I am at home, however when i work my car is in the sun. I work on the beach, and there is often rain/sand/rain or spray as well as bird feces to deal with.

I am new to the forum and my beloved s2k, forgive me if I am doing anything wrong or not doing something recommended with this website. Is there a way to get automated replies to my email when someone writes or adds to a tread?
Also, how do i upload a picture?

Welcome to the site

You can get email updates when someone responds, but they can add up fast and somewhat get annoying. Your mys2k&settings will store threads you post in, so you shouldn't have any issues with monitoring what you post.

As for hosting pics, I would suggest creating a flickr account or using some site that provides image hosting. s2ki offers that option once you purchase a membership.

I believe the answers you are looking for can be found in the "wash and wax" subforum. If you can't find it immediately, you can always do a search. It should be pretty easy to find.
