Default new set if tires

I was running michelin Sport A/S plus from the day I bought my S. So now the time had come to buy new tires, I was reluctant to buy any other tire other than the ones I was using now, why should I? Michelin never gave me problems so why fix what isn't broken.

Damn was I wrong...

It was only when I found a special on Han Ventus V12 EVO ($99) at American tires <--- who could resist!
Right off the lot you could instantly feel the difference.
Now I'm flying through yarizs ripping the middle finger at them because these tires are so good.
Kidding about the top part, just saying road noise and vibration is less and a noticeable grip is there.
I'm loving these tires, I would like know your guys/gals experience with new found tires.

I'm running these on my BB6 Prelude. They are great for the money. My only complaint with them is they have gotten a little noisier after about 8k miles. I shouldn't really comment on wet traction due to the the differences of a FF car and a s2000 but the braking and dry traction is pretty good for a "less expensive" tire. When they are used up, I'll be buying another set.

I'll put up updates if I find any issues with the V12s, its a weekend car so reaching 8k might take a while.

I've had them on the S for a while, and they are a great DD tire. They are especially good in the rain!! I really can't find anything to complain about.

As long as you are not looking for the ultimate in dry weather performance they are a good choice.

Nice. I am currently shopping and researching tires for my S. So far the top two choices are Bridgestone S-04 Pole Positions and HandKook v12 Evos. My S is a daily driver (3,600 miles per yr) but expect to do autox and a track day or two per year.

Keep us posted on your experience with the Hans. Thanks for sharing!
