hah yeah i did the eg conversion, probably with the full paint job and all the parts it ran about $2500.00... although it was well worth it. eg front end totally suites a del sol more than the oem front end... more pics at http://members.cardomain.com/egcivicdelsol anyway... yeah im going to have to change my "MY" lol.

I totally agree the EG front fits much better... and its a nice job too. I'm sure you'll love the s2k now tho

 

you said to keep a close eye on the dip stick?? meaning the car burns a lot of oil quickly, or what did u mean? i have a buddy whos s2k burns oil like crazy. thanks.

 

Yes he meant to just keep an eye on oil levels more frequently than you probably did with the sol.

The AP1's (00-03's) apparently sometimes burned a bit more oil than normal, I think its moreso the 00-01 years, but its always good habit to keep an eye on it anyway.

Specially if you VTEC alot, it especially burns up quick.

clean del sol bro i came from a type r eg and i love my s2k but the hatch was quicker but the s2k is on a whole different level i have to say.

 

thanks bro. yeah the del sol with a type r was a monster, it handed it to most eg's or coupes with b20'vs, and ls/v's.... smoked wrx's (no not sti)... beat a few s2k's also. so what am i expecting to get myself into... from the difference of the eg type r, to a f20 s2k?
