New to the S2K world
Hello, thought I would just introduce myself here as I've just bought my first S2000 and first Honda after selling my Alfa GTV V6, and to give a little run down of what I plan to do with it and hopefully get a few tips from the more seasoned pros in terms of S2000s.
After I had just driven it home for 3 hours in the rain

A couple of photos after its first wash

Outside my uni house looking pretty dirty but the car looks great from this angle

As you can see it's a pretty early one X reg (2000) which wasn't what I was looking for but when it came up with 1 previous owner and full Honda service history it seemed stupid not to look at it.
Only had it 10 days and already love it and already done over a 1000 miles in it, none of my previous or current cars come close to the experience it offers.
So far I have completely serviced the car, including changing the transmission and differential oils
Had the four wheel alignment and camber adjustment done
Cleaned underneath the car and greased and protected all bolts from ceasing in the future as a few were stiff when the camber was adjusted
Sealed anything that looks like it could rust especially the rear arches
Fitted clear side repeaters
Fitted new wipers
Bought new Honda S2000 matts
Fitted bridgestone potenza all round
Painted the back boxes matt black for any hawk eyes that spotted them peeling in a few of the photos
Just today bought a Spoons air filter and a hardtop (need a fitting kit, hope someone on here can help with that or know of getting an izzy bracket or something)
Future plans are to change all the rear bushes for powerflex bushes
Replace the soft top for a glass rear screen
Change the alloys for 17 inch face lifted ones or some others
Fit my private plate
Possibly change the exhaust, undecided on noise at the moment
Then finally if the weather here ever actually improves here is to clean, polish, wax and protect it to within an inch of its life to try and get it as clean as my more daily driver (for anyone interested in European stuff).

Anyway sorry for excessively long post, but thought I would just try and cover everything here before delving into the forums.
Thanks Josh

Thanks for the comments guys! Unfortunately the gran turismo is my father's car, so I've only driven it when he has been too well oiled to drive himself.
Anyway photos of the Alfa (p.s I don't have an obsession with silver)
