New to S2KI!
How's everyone doing? I have had my 2002 S2K for a little over 2 years now. I use it for my daily driver and it could not be a better car. I also own an 2003 E46 M3 which is my weekend car. I have since had a 99 Integra and a 03 WRX. I am a huge car enthusiast and love to modd my cars. I am hoping I can put everyones knowledge to the test and build a great daily driver. I already have 18" Rotas with some Nitto Neo gens. I am willing to hear what anyone has to say. I am going to be looking for an exhaust as well as some springs. When I get some more money I want to get a CF roof.
Ok let's see...
You said you've had your S for about two years so I'm not going to tell you what to do, but I would recommend using the bimmer for a daily, and the S for a weekend car. I'd much rather be in a luxurious bimmer all day long than a small roadster, but that's just my .02 on that.
I like your car taste...I've owned several Hondas/Acuras and my first car was a MY02 WRX. For the wheels, what Rota model? You're going to get a lot of mixed opinions on that subject, so good luck. I, for one have dealt with Rota many times before and I have no problem with them being on any car, however others feel different.
If you're going to do suspension...do it right. Springs must come with aftermarket shocks also...don't just try using the OEM shocks. I would recommend a coilover setup, but if you don't want to spend the money then that's understandable. Just remember...the S is not that fast of a car, it's known for its handling most of all, so we should all improve that. For exhaust I always recommend HKS, however when I eventually do (and I will) own an S again I'm going single. I'm not sure if you meant CF hood or roof, but I personally am not a big fan of CF at all on red. My car is red and I just think it would clash.
You asked for opinions and info so I gave you mine. Hope I could help. GL

Hey thanks for the input I appreciate it. The reason why I don't drive the beemer as a daily driver is because it has more miles on it than my S. Not to mention I drive about 3 hours a day to and from work, so I don't want to put more miles on the Beemer. My wheels are called the G-force and they came off of my brothers 07 STI. He gave me a great price and I was stoked that they fit my car. I think they look really good on my car especially because I came from stock 16's that I had painted black it looked all Nascar and now it looks like a Tuner car.
I meant hardtop I would like to go with OEM but I priced it and it was like 4K and I think I can get a CF one for cheaper that was my thinking.
