New to S2KI but not Hondas
Hey everyone. I have had a good bit of Hondas but not an S2000 yet. I'm here to try to get into one! I'll give you a little back story on me first. I know we all hate reading though so I'll make it pretty picture heavy for you! Here we go:
My first Honda (2nd car) was a 93 EG Hatch. Thing was terribly ugly but at the time I was in high school and my parents are stupid when it comes to having fun so I had to build the thing under the radar. I wasn't sure how many miles were on the thing (I was told around 220,000) and was young and dumb. So I put a Greddy turbo kit on it and a heafty 75 shot nitrous system regardless of condition and beat the hell out of it. It was quick and fun. Pretty solid sleeper too in those days. This was around the early 2000's by the way. The height of The Fast and the Furious! haha

Needless to say a D16z6 with that high of miles cant take boost and spray for that long. Luckily all I ended up doing was destorying the head gasket. But the rest of the motor was in pretty good condition. So I sold the shell and started building the motor while still keeping the whole ordeal a secret. This time I went a little bit smarter by having Courson Racing Engines in Emlenton PA rebuild the whole thing with some solid components including a good amount from Full-Race, then took it over to Jeff @ Evans Tuning to get her all tuned up. We ended up getting 343 whp on pump gas which again, in the early 2000's was pretty solid for a single stick. I then bought my buddies 94 Del Sol because I had always wanted a targa top. So around the age of 18 I had this guy to run around in, again completely secret from my parents. NOTE: I did not install the fenders, they were there when I bought it.

I then decided to move down to Florida and now being a total Honda guy with excellent credit at the age of 20 somehow...I purchased a brand new 08 Ridgeline RTL in 07 for a daily driver.
After moving to Florida I actually had a stint as a Honda tech for about 2 years until I decided that it was far to physically demanding for a daily job and I was going to keep to it as a hobby. Mad props to all the techs out there. Normally people don't know what you go through on a daily basis for sometimes terrible flat rate pay.
At this point I had a girlfriend that was getting pretty serious with that had me trade the Ridgeline in on a MKIV VW R32. Fun car, OK daily driver, but it didn't last long even though it did look and sound pretty good for a VW:

Got rid of that for a B7 A4 audi which was the largest piece of crap I've bought to date. I also moved back to PA around this time.
I decided to get back into the Honda game since they were far cheaper and reliable. So I went way back and got a 94 Integra RS. Fun car but I was hooked on doing stuff so I quickly bought a K20z3 and again took it to Courson Racing Engines to have them do a refresher on the bad boy:

I got about 3/4 of the way through that build before I realized it was my DD and I now had an office job driving an old 4 banger with a fart can basically, so I went to a pair of BMW E36's which I really love. Perfect for anyone looking for a cheap and reliable DD and I highly suggest them if anyone has an idea of doing a good reliable DD:

During this whole time period in the background and largely under the radar to everyone I knew for the first 2 years of the build, I was creating my dream car. You know back in the day you used to make what you wish you could have on games like Need for Speed Underground 2 and such? Well I wanted to make that dream a reality. So quietly in a garage largely by myself I began sculpting my masterpiece out of a hideous 92 240sx Coupe. Only about 3 people knew I even owned this car for the first 2 years of the build and they busted my balls for the first year or so until they started seeing where I was taking it. Again I stopped at Courson Racing Engines in Emlenton PA to have them make me another something special. Godzilla:

Again all the usually suspects for me were visited. The always winning combo of Courson Racing Engines, Full-Race, and Evans-Tuning plus thousands of hours of my own labor produced something as close to my dream car as possible.
Thanks if you acatully made it through this whole thing and I'm happy to be part of the community!

I'm open man! I like all colors on s2000's just would prefer anything but silver...though silver can be done to look very nice too.
Cash can make up the difference on mileage because I feel the F series is one of the most reliable motors ever made.
I'm not really picky anywhere as I like AP1's for some reasons, AP2's for other reasons. So just anything thats there I'd like to see and talk about!

Thanks! It's always been up there on my wish list behind an NSX, but I've been deep in other projects so long I wasn't really able to save up for an S2000 too. So hopefully this trade and cash thing will help me accomplish all my goals!
