Hey guys, I'm new to this forum, this is my 1st post, and I just bought my 1st s2000 from focus auto sales in socal today, and it just so happens to be turboed!!!
This is my first Honda, as I was a Toyota guy having owned and built many mr2s most of which were turbo sw20s.
I have absolutely fallen in love with the s2k, even more than the sw20 which is crazy for me.
My s2000 is suzuka blue, and very clean with a Greddy turbo kit installed; the dealer didn't know much about the car and what was done to it, but from what I can tell it has a Greddy intercooler, Greddy turbo, AEM intake, Tsudo exhaust, and some type of tower brace/strut stabilizer bar.
The car is awesome, but on the ride home the CEL did flash under WOT somewhere between 6500-7500rpm and the engine bogged, so I'm guessing its a VTEC issue?
Whatever it is I hope to fix it soon, can't wait to be super active on this forum through my s2000 adventure!!

 

I know a CEL flash means a misfire, I'm thinking that maybe its starved of fuel in its upper registry, because that's what it felt like, maybe injectors, fuel pump, tuning issue?
