Newbie from Athens, GA
Hello! I haven't really lurked much or done anything with an s2000 forum before now. I was a member of the z31 community for about 3 years while I owned my 86 z31 turbo. After I sold the Z, i drove Celica and a Z3 within a year until I got an s2000.
My car had some bumps and bruises when I bought it so I decided to paint it New Formula Red. It currently has 97,000 miles and runs like a champ. The car idles weird. It some times acts like it's going to cut out with the clutch all the way down. Might be a small thing, not quite sure. Other than that the car has no problems. Look forward to chatting and getting more into the scene.

Looks good.
Just out of curiosity, what color was it before you painted it NFR? Does it seem like it's misfiring at idle or just idles rough? Unfortunately, that's something not all that uncommon for AP1s and can be difficult to diagnose, especially if it's not throwing a check engine light (CEL). You might search around in the Under The Hood (UTH) section a bit to see what folks with similar symptoms have done to fix it. I'd probably start out by cleaning or replacing the idle air control valve (IACV). Hope that helps!
