Default newbie handling question/issue

Hi guys and gals:

Just got my 00 2 weeks ago, and am starting to get used to it. But the car has a handling quirk: in a curve it tightens up when off the throttle, and runs wide on the throttle, just commuting on the freeway. It becomes a little more handfull/disconcerning when on an interchange ramp.

So it moves around in a bend when I adjust my speed, say from constant 70mph in 6th to foot off the throttle because I need to slow down a bit for traffic. and vice versa.

It this normal? Or, is there a way to tune this out by tire pressure/suspention?

Thanks for your replies.

you might want to check your tire pressure....It's the main cause of handling problems...

I agree. Make sure your tires are in good condition (and facing the correct way for directional tires), and check inflation.

Also, have your alignment checked.
